CHICAGO -- Chicago Bulls forward Toni Kukoc, who returned to the lineup just eight days ago, reinjured his right foot and is sidelined indefinitely.
Kukoc sat out Friday night's home game, an 84-71 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers. The versatile forward is averaging 13.2 points, 4.6 rebounds and 4.5 assists in 57 games for the Bulls. "We are looking to be smart with Toni right now," Bulls coach Phil Jackson said. "We will see how he responds tomorrow in practice." Kukoc, who missed 13 games with plantar fasciatis of the right foot, joins teammates Dennis Rodman and Bill Wennington on the sideline. Rodman is out with a left knee injury and Wennington is suffering from plantar fasciatis of the left foot. "Right now, with the injuries to Toni, Dennis and Wennington," Michael Jordan said, "we're just running out of players." Jason Caffey, who has been starting in Rodman's place, had to leave Friday night's game because of a knee problem.
